the mercure was super clean and tidy. it’s really close to everything - perfect for my school reunion. i found some great local spots nearby. the reception staff were friendly and super helpful.

The place was reasonably clean with a super-friendly staff. There were a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe in my double room. The food in the attached restaurant was delicious and gorgeous👍😃

that was absolutely great and delightful hotel set in great area, short walk to cafes, the main shopping centre of warragul, and train station. the room was exceptionally comfortable with 2 queen beds and good air-conditioning, for instance and safety measures included smoke detectors.
It had not so great views.

The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed. The central location made it easy to access the main CBD. The bathroom facilities were great and the friendly service at reception was good too. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value for money. We enjoyed dining at the lovely restaurant right next door for dinner and breakfast. the room was clean and comfortable, with a super comfy bed. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the bathroom was immaculate, with modern amenities. the wifi was easy to connect to, and the hotel had all the necessary facilities. We had a great time, and we can't wait to come back!
